Product Warranty & Claims
Our footwear is protected against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for 30 days from the original date of purchase, subject to the following conditions and exclusions:
- Original receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for any claim.
- If you believe your purchased shoes or accessories have a manufacturer’s defect, please notify us and return the item to the place of purchase within 3 days of purchase.
Manufacturing Defects Include (but are not limited to):
- Broken hardware, heels, broaches, or beads.
- Malfunctioning zippers.
⚠️ This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damages caused by dye transference, accidents, misuse, or neglect.
- Any alterations, services, or repairs performed by third parties other than Avocado Shoes.
Note: The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with sending defective products to us for repair or replacement.

Online Exchange (Within Pakistan)
- By dispatching the product back to us and sharing the Courier Tracking Number (CN#) on WhatsApp: +92 (302) 227 6276.
- Exchange orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the product. A new tracking number will be shared upon dispatch for customer convenience
International Orders
- Exchange possible by sending the item back to us.
- Once received, replacement/exchange will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
- Shipping costs for international exchanges will apply and be communicated accordingly.
Important Notes
- Sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Used items will not be accepted for exchange or claim under any circumstance.
