Claims & Exchange Policy

Product Warranty & Claims

Our footwear is protected against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for 30 days from the original date of purchase, subject to the following conditions and exclusions:

  • Original receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for any claim.
  • If you believe your purchased shoes or accessories have a manufacturer’s defect, please notify us and return the item to the place of purchase within 3 days of purchase.

Manufacturing Defects Include (but are not limited to):

  • Broken hardware, heels, broaches, or beads.
  • Malfunctioning zippers.

⚠️ This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damages caused by dye transference, accidents, misuse, or neglect.
  • Any alterations, services, or repairs performed by third parties other than Avocado Shoes.

Note: The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with sending defective products to us for repair or replacement.

Online Exchange (Within Pakistan)

  • By dispatching the product back to us and sharing the Courier Tracking Number (CN#) on WhatsApp: +92 (302) 227 6276.
  • Exchange orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the product. A new tracking number will be shared upon dispatch for customer convenience

International Orders

  • Exchange possible by sending the item back to us.
  • Once received, replacement/exchange will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Shipping costs for international exchanges will apply and be communicated accordingly.
